The focus of my consulting is project management with the topics controlling, finance and IT. I accompany you from the kick-off of your project through the implementation to the goal.
If required, I support you as project leader, design workshops and coach your management and project staff. I am happy to take over the communication with stakeholders and the follow-up of project progress and expenditures.

Companies are increasingly managing changes and issues through projects. These are often complex and run over a long period of time.
I'm sure I'm not telling you anything new when I say that projects cost money and tie up resources. To ensure that you always keep an eye on everything, I develop reporting concepts for you according to requirements.
Leadership Coaching
Projects often consist of cross-functional teams. For project management, this usually means technical but not disciplinary leadership.
In other words, it is very important for the project management to convince and motivate the team and to promote good interaction between the individual actors in order to lead the project to its goal.
